PC-950 bacteriostatic agent is a bacteriostatic agent dedicated to in vitro diagnostic reagents (IVD), including biochemical reagents, immunoassay reagents, molecular biology reagents, quality controls, calibrators, ion selective electrodes (ISE), colloidal gold method (GIA), enzyme immunoassay (EIA), blood cell preservation, blood grouping reagents, mobile phases in chromatography, electrophoresis solutions, PCR/DNA detection related reagents, various diluents, buffers, cleaning solutions, etc. It has a particular advantage in that it can be used for high pH solutions, solutions containing human serum, solutions containing BSA, and solutions containing TWEEN. Due to its wide adaptability to pH and suitable for the 2-12 range, PC-950 bacteriostatic has a wider range of applications than other bacteriostatic agents.

Experimental data show that PC-950 bacteriostatic does not affect the binding rate of key enzymes in diagnostic reagents to substrates, such as horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and alkaline phosphatase (AP). PC-950 bacteriostatic agent has no effect on antibody binding, and at the recommended concentration, the effect of PC-950 bacteriostatic agent on the binding between purified mouse IgM antigen and HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgM antibody has been shown to be below 300 ppm (10~20 times the recommended concentration), and PC-950 bacteriostatic agent has no effect on it. A 50 ppm PC-950 inhibitor stored for 35 days also had no effect.

    Product packaging specifications: 5KG/bottle, 25KG/drum
